wedding and portrait photographer based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in good ol' Vancouver, Washington. I just love the countryside and grew up on a daffodil farm (of all places) local to the Portland suburbs. I began photography in high school and loved the darkroom (a film lover at heart over here). Fourteen years later, I now have a BA in photography from the number one photography school in the U.S. and am passionate as ever.
After getting married, my husband and I started our life together and we always have this constant "to do" list. Life get's crazy with busy schedules, work and keeping up with family.
You know what was on that to do list for the longest time?
Creating our wedding album and printing pictures. I know....I am ashamed to say this was our reality.
We spent all that money on the wedding and so many special details that made our wedding unique, but for years our digital files sat on the computer. There was no shred of evidence in our home for years, showcasing we had this big beautiful wedding and were married. I can tell you first hand that this was my BIGGEST WEDDING REGRET, hiring someone without giving a second thought as to whether the photographer would provide fine art albums and prints that I would want and need for years after my wedding was over.
But they didn't.
It was only after I became a photographer and had the resources and know how, that I created our own wedding album. I instantly saw value in our custom linen 10x10 album, that had gold inlayed debossing of our names on the cover (swoon worthy for sure). I swore I wanted my business to be different and never want my clients to go through the experience I had.
Images are tell a story, are very personal and should be long lasting so you can tangibly enjoy them for generations. Cause that's what this whole thing is about, right? FAMILY! Being able to share and re-live memories together over the generations. The proof of love lasting throughout the years.
At least that's what I am all about!
Come see the album, we'll have some coffee, sit down and flip through it together. I promise you won’t be disappointed in making the smart choice now, to save yourself time for all the busyness that will come later.
